Ten Hag rattles fans with latest take on Man Utd season
Erik ten Hag has annoyed some Man Utd fans with his latest take on the season.
The Red Devils find themselves in 13th place in the Premier League after a poor run of form into the new season. Despite spending lavishly in the summer transfer window, the club have failed to put together decent displays.
The lack of identity and cohesion - particularly in their 3-0 defeat to Tottenham on Sunday - has seen pressure mount on Ten Hag, with some believing that he should be given the chop.

And in his latest interview with Sky Sports, The Dutchman still rattled fans further.
Ten Hag: "I don't think about it. I'm not anxious. We are united. We created a unit during the summer with the owners and the management. We brought in young players and we know that these situations can happen in a transition period. They also know that there have always been trophies at the end of the day in my last six seasons. That's what we are aiming for.

Ten Hag asks Man Utd to 'keep faith '
"If you lose your faith, you lose everything. We have to keep going and stick to the plan. For a long period, we are in transition at United. From the moment I came in, we knew we had to change. We had to replace some older players and bring new players in. Our choice was to bring young players in and you know that takes time to get the messages on board, to get a game model on board and to introduce a new culture that takes time."
He continued: "Yes, and we have seen this in this group there is a good spirit. Even after all the setbacks from yesterday [Sunday], they kept going. You see that spirit in this team and you see this is a team they want to fight for each other. Also you can see the fans and they are disappointed but they kept with us and they kept supporting us from the first moment until the last moment. We are in it together."
