We are told that Mikel Arteta is prepared to move on the struggling Gabriel Jesus to ensure that the Eintracht Frankfurt ace gets a transfer to the Emirates Stadium. Arne Slot's Liverpool will also have to free up room to ensure the purchase of Marmoush.

Frankfurt are attempting to extend Marmoush’s contract for another year amid interest from Premier League clubs. We are told that the German club will listen to offers for around €35 million. However, the player's Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) currently stands at just €17.3m.

After Eintracht Frankfurt’s 3-1 win over Besiktas on last week, club director Markus Krosche admitted: “It's true that Omar made a clear commitment to us in the summer.

“He has developed well and still has a lot of potential to develop further. We don't want to lose so many key players. However, I have to admit that no Eintracht player is untouchable.”

Marmoush joined Frankfurt from Wolfsburg on a free transfer last summer. He went on to score 17 goals in all competitions during his inaugural campaign at the club. His tally this time around, at the time of writing, stands at nine goals in nine competitive games at club level.
