Revealed: The terms of the Barcelona offer Pedri will accept

Pedri is set to sign a new contract with Barcelona which will see him extend his stay at Camp Nou until 2026.
Since the closure of the transfer window, the Blaugrana have put all their focus on the renewal of certain contracts which expire in 2022.
At the moment, the two most pressing negotiations involve Pedri and Ansu Fati.
President Joan Laporta, in reference to Pedri, said last week that he hoped to bring good news with regards to a renewal for the young Spaniard.
“We want to renew young players and we are working in that direction,” he told RAC1.

"They are responding well in the renewal process in which we find ourselves and next week - for this one [Pedri] - I hope to be able to give good news."
Spanish outlet Sport reveals that Pedri will sign a five-year deal with the option of a further season, and that his release clause will be set at €400m.
Even though Barcelona are in a perilous financial situation, the wonderkid midfielder will naturally earn an increase in wages when he puts pen to paper.
Pedri has emerged as one of the most exciting young talents in the world since breaking into the Barcelona team following a move from Las Palmas in 2020.
Basically, nobody in Europe has played as much football as the 18-year-old over the past 12 months, as he has featured for Barcelona in La Liga, the Champions League and the Copa del Rey, and for Spain in qualification matches, the European Championship and finally the Olympic Games.
Pedri is recognised as the future of Barcelona, and with that in mind, the Blaugrana have become extremely keen to tie him down for as long as possible with a new contract.
Who else will Barcelona renew soon?
As well as Pedri, Barcelona are keen to tie down young players who are viewed as the future of the club.
The aforementioned Fati is seen as the heir to Lionel Messi and his renewal will become a priority after Pedri, and after that, the club will look at new contracts for Ronald Araujo and Gavi.
At the end of September 2021, Pablo Martin Paez Gavira - better known as 'Gavi' - was called up to the senior Spain national team by Luis Enrique despite his young years.
He was selected to make his debut against Italy in the UEFA Nations League semi final on October 6. Spain won the game 2-1.
This made Gavi the youngest Spain international in history at the age of 17 years and 62 days.
And he started again just four days later as Spain took on France in the final of the UEFA Nations League at San Siro.
