How Barcelona will line up with Raphinha
Barcelona have announced that they have finalised a transfer agreement with Leeds for Raphinha.
The Brazil international will move to Camp Nou for a fee reportedly worth a total of €66 million (£55m). This comprises a €58m transfer fee with €8m potentially following in bonuses.
Chelsea had been in serious opposition to Barcelona in this case, but the former Rennes player always preferred a switch to Spain.
So, how will the Blaugrana line up with Raphinha next season?
FOOTBALLTRANSFERS' MOST VALUABLE PLAYERS IN THE WORLD
Marc-Andre ter Stegen may not be in the best form of his career, but he should remain Barcelona's number one.
Sergino Dest doesn't appear to be fully trusted by Xavi, but with Dani Alves leaving the club on a free transfer he will take our right-back spot for now. Sergi Roberto is another option. A signing in that position is likely though, possibly Cesar Azpilicueta from Chelsea.
In defence, Ronald Araujo will certainly take one of the centre-back spots. He will be partnered for now by Gerard Pique, but Barcelona will also likely buy a new centre-back for that role. Jules Kounde is the favourite. Jordi Alba will continue at left-back.
Barcelona's strongest area of the pitch is in midfield, despite the imminent sale of Frenkie de Jong to Man Utd.
Sergio Busquets will be the holding midfielder with Pedri and Gavi ahead of him.
Franck Kessie has arrived from Milan on a free transfer and will provide another option. Barca will also try to sign Bernardo Silva.
In attack, Raphinha will take the right-wing role with Ferran Torres on the opposite side.
Robert Lewandowski will almost certainly join from Bayern Munich, so we are including him in the centre of the attack so confident are we of that deal.
