How good are Excellence Sport Nation ?

As mentioned before, ESN choose to have a relatively small pool of players. This is unique for a firm of this size - especially given its huge value - but it means that the agent is able to offer enough time and support without being stretched too thin.

One of the common complaints of the larger firms in the business is that some of the younger, less known talents get left behind, sometimes leading them to defect.

Not much is known about Kebe - not much detailed online about his background. He came into public attention when Tchouameni was at AS Monaco and several clubs wanted the Frenchman’s signature. Also a year before that, in 2021, when Kounde was thought to be going to Chelsea his name appeared in reports.

He also spoke on record about the dynamics of the Real Madrid dressing room last, saying in glowing terms: ““The young players have a lot of respect for the older ones: you have Rudiger as a big brother, Modrić & Kroos as mentors and examples to follow because they have been very successful, like Dani Carvajal. They know they have to be together to be good.”
