Mbappe’s Real Madrid transfer PROMISE
Kylian Mbappe has made Real Madrid a promise that he will complete a transfer to the Bernabeu next summer, according to reports in Spain.
Mbappe’s has been involved in a transfer soap opera at PSG this summer that might have ended with him spending a season watching from the stands as the Ligue 1 champions threatened to freeze him out of action.
The 24-year-old had refused to take up an extension in his contract, which PSG saw as a betrayal, believing that he intends to leave for Real Madrid on a free transfer next summer.

According to El Chiringuito, this is indeed the case.
Journalist Edu Aguirre explained that Mbappe intends to stay at PSG this season but that he only wants to move to Real Madrid in 2024. There is nothing new here, but he added that Mbappe has promised to those close to him that the deal will be done.

Meanwhile, he also added that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez does not intend to spend a single cent on a transfer fee for Mbappe.
This would put a deal into doubt if Mbappe signs a new contract with PSG – something that at one stage seemed to be ruled out but that has become a possibility over the last week as relations between the player and the club have thawed.
Mbappe must break one promise
Mbappe will break a promise to either Real Madrid or PSG next summer, in this case.
The French side claim that he has said on eight occasions he will not leave the club for free, but he cannot do that and join Los Blancos in 2024 given Perez’s thrifty stance over signing him.
Real Madrid’s position will be determined entirely by Mbappe’s stance over his PSG contract, which will be decisive over his future.
