Bayern panic over wonderkid's 'Bellingham reunion' as Real Madrid circle
Talk around Jamal Musiala's future is growing ever louder and Real Madrid may have an ace up their sleeve.
The Bayern wonderkid is still under contract until 2026, yet the Bavarian giants are worried about his future. The perennial Bundesliga champions already wanted to initiate contract talks with the 20-year-old after last year's World Cup, but things have grown quiet on that front, not least because of the huge personnel shake-up after last season, with Hasan Salihamidzic, the main driving force behind the idea, fired.
It is said that talks between Musiala and the club won't be easy. You can never count out Bayern, but recent seasons have shown that the Bavarians don't look like a team that can seriously challenge for the Champions League anymore. Still one of the best sides in Europe, Bayern nevertheless look frail at times.

At just 20, it seems Musiala has already achieved everything there is to achieve with the German side and it could be tough to convince the youngster to forego a new challenge in favour of staying at home the closer we get to the expiration of his deal.
Bellingham connection
Musiala has previously admitted that he would love to eventually play in the Premier League in England, the country where he spent a lot of his youth, having featured in the academies of Southampton and Chelsea. But what about Spain?
Real Madrid are circling, if reports are to be believed, and they could look to eventually make a move. Moreover, as outlined by MARCA, Los Blancos could have an ace up their sleeve - Jude Bellingham.

While Musiala now suits up for Germany, this wasn't always the case. Indeed, the attacking midfielder represented England at the youth level and there he became great friends with Bellingham. Despite playing for different nations and having lined up for opposite sides of Germany's biggest sporting rivalry, the two remain buddies.
A Bellingham reunion could prove attractive to Musiala, especially since Real Madrid regularly challenge for European trophies, something that is becoming increasingly arduous for Bayern.
