Real Madrid transfer is GO as Davies FUMES at Bayern Munich ultimatum
Alphonso Davies has taken a step closer to his transfer to Real Madrid, with his agent choosing to go public on the full-back’s unhappiness at Bayern Munich.
The Bundesliga champions have offered Davies a contract that runs until 2029 with a gross salary of €14m per year, according to Sky Sports Deutschland, but he has yet to accept it.
Davies has little over a year left on his current deal. With no agreement in place, Real Madrid are seeking to take advantage of his fragile position and add him to their ranks for a bargain fee.

Los Blancos’ prospects of adding the Canada international to the likely signing of Kylian Mbappe is looking increasingly good after the player’s agent fumed to Bild about Bayern’s treatment of his player.
Nick Huoseh has let rip after it became clear that FCB want a decision from the 23-year-old over his future this week.
“Now we are being given an ultimatum and are supposed to react within two weeks because the club is under pressure and took a long time to reposition itself in the management? That's not fair,” he exclaimed.
“It's a very important contract in Alphonso's career and we're supposed to make the decision without knowing who the coach will be next season or what the team looks like. That's why we think it's unfair to react to the ultimatum.”

Romano on Davies transfer
The outburst is just the tip of the iceberg and that Davies is prepared to stoke tension by refusing to sign a new contract, according to football transfer news expert Fabrizio Romano.
Taking to X shortly after the announcement became public, Romano said: “Davies won’t sign new deal at Bayern now, Real Madrid are aware of the situation.
“Decision will be made in the next weeks but it’s tense situation. If no extension is agreed, Davies will leave this summer.
“Real, prepared to open talks with Bayern with opening bid.”
Real Madrid are reportedly unwilling to match Bayern’s valuation of €50m for Davies, potentially provoking a fresh battle with the German side.
