Mbappe has joined Los Blancos on a free transfer from PSG following the expiration of his contract at Parc des Princes and is set to be the centrepiece of the Bernabeu club’s summer transfer window.

The whole affair has been tricky to manage from Real Madrid’s perspective. The Champions League winners were unable to announce the deal until after the conclusion of the season, while it was not until Monday they were able to use Mbappe’s image as he was still under contract at PSG.

Indeed, Real Madrid also had no say in the treatment of his broken nose with the France squad until 1 July.

Mbappe, though, is firmly a member of Los Blancos’ squad now and is set to be shown off to fans for the first time shortly after Euro 2024.

AS has announced that Mbappe’s presentation will take place on Tuesday, July 16 at 19:00CET, two days after the final of the European Championship.

It promises the striker will get a ‘Taylor Swift welcome’ with WWE-style pyrotechnics.

Endrick presentation date confirmed

Mbappe’s presentation will be the first of two major events at the Bernabeu to welcome new signings to the club, with Endrick also set to be unveiled by Real Madrid.

The Brazil international will be shown off to supporters on Friday, 26 July, which follows the conclusion of the Copa America. Endrick is, of course, in the Selecao for that competition, with Dorival Junior’s side having safely negotiated their way through to the quarter-finals with two draws and a victory in the US-held competition.

Both Mbappe and Endrick will be added to Real Madrid’s stable of attackers, which will include Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo. Meanwhile, Joselu has departed to Qatar Stars League club Al-Gharafa.
