Satin: PSG to turn their attention towards Man City’s Aguero
Paris Saint-Germain could turn their attention towards signing Manchester City forward Sergio Aguero, according to player agent Bruno Satin.
Aguero’s contract at the Premier League club is set to expire at the end of the season, meaning he could either leave for free in the summer or for a cut-down price in the January transfer window.
Following the appointment of Mauricio Pochettino as PSG’s new head coach, the Ligue 1 side are reportedly set to move on a number of back-up players that are now surplus to requirement.
However, according to Satin, the former Tottenham Hotspur manager has one striker in mind when the summer window rolls around.

“There is a player he likes a lot, and that he would like to have at PSG, and who will be free next July, it is Kun Aguero,” Satin told the CANAL+ show LateFootballClub. “Who is Argentinian and whom Mauricio Pochettino knows very well.
“That’s around 600 matches and 400 goals, to give you an idea. Instead of [Mauro] Icardi? The latest echoes from Italy say he could go back if he had a possibility.
“At the same time, we must not negotiate the definitive arrival of Moise Kean. He had come on loan without an option, and apparently, PSG is in talks with Everton.”
However, despite PSG’s intentions of heavily investing in players at the end of the season, Satin believes most of the business they’ll conduct this month will revolve around selling back-up players to free up spaces in the squad and money to invest in new players in the summer.
“I do not see them [PSG] very active during this transfer window because they have no economic availability,” said Satin.
“Except maybe on outings. Some players are not essential like Julian Draxler. But there will not necessarily be a taker.
“The biggest recruiting is having everyone “fit” at the end of the month. This is the first objective.
“At the end of the season, obviously, and that must have been part of the discussions when Mauricio Pochettino came, it is a question of knowing how to get the squad moving.”
