Romelu Lukaku cools exit talk after Inter’s Serie A triumph
Romelu Lukaku has affirmed his commitment to Inter in jubilant celebration after the side won their first Serie A title since 2010.
The Belgian has enjoyed a stellar season with the Neroblù, registering nearly a direct goal involvement every game with 21 goals and 10 assists in 33 appearances.
This has followed what was already an impressive beginning to his Inter career last season where he netted 23 times after moving from Manchester United in the summer window.

With the taste of success now brimming all over his lips, Lukaku quelled rumours of an exit from San Siro in the summer in celebration of the title win.
“It’s wonderful and I hope to continue like this. I want to thank everyone, I am truly so happy,” he told Sky Italia.
“It was a wonderful year for us, I am truly proud to play for Inter. I wanted to come out here and celebrate along with the people. I told my friend this was the best way to experience it, to be there with the fans.”
This will come as a blow to the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City who have been strongly linked with a move for the 27-year-old to bolster their forward ranks.
Chelsea did of course own Lukaku but never gave him any meaningful opportunities before selling him to Everton after multiple loan spells.

After a stunning 25-goal season in 2016/17, Lukaku moved on to Manchester United where he scored 16 league goals before netting 12 times in the next season.
The former Anderlecht youth product faced harsh and persistent criticism despite his form not being altogether that horrendous, and ultimately set sail for Italy.
And there he has finally found his home, playing what he described as the best season of his career in this campaign.
Still with his prime years and plenty of time ahead of him, Lukaku could be the man that helps Inter begin their own dynasty, just as Juventus had done in the nine years prior to this season.
