The Frenchman joined the Red Devils as the world’s most expensive player back in 2016 and despite a few good moments, his stay at Old Trafford has been turbulent.

He wasn’t able to show his best form, trophies were rare, the club were in a mess and it was decided that it was best for all parties to move on and end the run.

Now, Pogba is set to be a free agent and there’s an expectation that he will return to former club Juventus, who he left to sign for Manchester United in a €100 million move.

What is The Pogmentary?

Pogba’s move isn’t confirmed yet, but it’s expected to be done soon, and in the meantime, he has announced that his new documentary will be releasing later this week.

Called The Pogmentary, the documentary will be a five-part series releasing on 17 June on Amazon Prime Video and will look at Pogba’s life and career.

A trailer for the documentary was shared last month and it showed Pogba depicted as a child, showcasing all his big moments throughout his career.

It included his famous speech during the World Cup final, his performances against Manchester City for Manchester United in 2018 and his goal against Napoli for Juventus, amongst others.

The documentary has been in production since last year and has covered Pogba’s life with a series of interviews and more, giving a background to the Frenchman’s life.

There is a belief that Pogba will officially confirm his decision to sign for Juventus in the documentary, either at the start of the end, but nothing is confirmed as of yet.

Pogba played for Juventus between 2012 and 2016 in his first stint, making 178 appearances and scoring 34 goals across four years across the club.

In that time, he won four Serie A titles and two Coppa Italia and was in the Serie A Team of the Year thrice between 2014 and 2016.
