Kean Juventus transfer unlikely after scathing assessments

Juventus would like to avoid making Moise Kean's loan deal from Everton permanent at the end of this season with the Italy striker struggling to recreate his form from his first spell at the club.
Kean broke through at Juve in 2016 and attracted interest from around Europe after scoring eight goals from 20 games in all competitions when still a teenager.
Everton won the race for his signature in 2019, securing the young attacker in a €30 million deal, but he failed to live up to his promise at Goodison Park and has since had consecutive loan spells with PSG and now Juventus.

Kean's spell in Paris, in which he scored 13 goals in 26 Ligue 1 games, saw Juventus agree to a €31m obligation to buy at the end of his current two-year loan back in Italy, but they must be regretting that now.
Kean has managed just six goals from 48 appearances, and he was hammered by Italian media following an abject display in Sunday's 2-2 draw with Salernitana.
'Wasted chances'
Gazzetta dello Sport gave Kean a 4.5 rating out of 10, while Corriere dello Sport only gave him a 4 out of 10. Each described the striker as "lazy," "the worst'" and "at times irritating," pointing out that "every time [Max] Allegri gives him a chance, he wastes it."
Testament to how far Kean's stock has fallen is the fact that Juve signed Arkadiusz Milik, a player in his position, on loan from Marseille this summer, as well as dropping €40m on Federico Chiesa to make the Italy attackers loan from Fiorentina permanent.
