Man Utd ready to make summer move for Napoli star
Manchester United are interested in a move for Napoli’s star defender Kim Min-jae with a view to a summer transfer.
Kim has attracted interest from various clubs over the course of this season after his impressive performances with Napoli since signing on from Fenerbahce.
He has propelled Napoli to the top of the Serie A table, and the Italian side are looking good to go far in the Champions League as well

The 26-year-old was signed to replace Kalidou Kouilably, who moved to Chelsea, and he has done well after taking his place this season.
Man Utd want Kim
Now, amid interest from across Europe, Manchester United are ready to move first to beat the competition in the summer transfer window.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Manchester United are ready to meet the 26-year-old’s release clause to get him to Old Trafford in the summer.

The South Korean’s release clause is €48 million, which is a reasonable amount for the club to pay and Erik ten Hag is known to be an admirer of the defender.
There is a slight concern in this case, though, as Kim’s release clause is only valid for 15 days, meaning there will have to be rapid progress if Manchester United want him.
Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof could be out of the club in the summer given their lack of progress in the team this season and Kim’s signing could push them to the exit even further.

Kim may not be the only Napoli player they sign this summer, as Manchester United are also after Victor Osimhen to help their attacking line.
The Serie A leaders could make a fortune off Manchester United as they’re looking for a big fee for the Nigerian forward and adding in Kim to the equation would mean an even bigger sum going Napoli’s way.
