Real Madrid, Man City or Liverpool? Ornstein gives Bellingham transfer update
David Ornstein has provided an update to the saga involving Jude Bellingham.
The journalist clarified his previous report in which suggested that the financial might of Manchester City and Real Madrid struggle to sign the England international.
Ornstein said: “ There are not so much ‘favourites’ for Jude Bellingham at the moment - because this race is open, but more that there are a couple of clubs that are in slightly stronger position right now. I don’t want to give the impression that Liverpool’s pursuit of Jude Bellingham is over - to the contrary, their admiration couldn’t be stronger, they want to sign him and no firm decision has been made.”

It comes after FootballTransfers reported that the race for Bellingham remains wide open and club sources at the Reds have suggested that the midfielder has held talks behind closed doors at Merseyside.
Liverpool feel they will manage to secure the transfer of the Borussia Dortmund star and Bellingham will have a huge say in where he ends up next season. Of course, money will be a factor but the German side will listen to their current player and his wishes over where he would like to next.
Bellingham is expected to move in the upcoming transfer window, though his contract with BVB is until 2025.
It could prove to be the biggest move of the summer window and the player is thought to be making a firm decision next month over where he would like to move to.
Bellingham signs Reds shirt
The former Birmingham City man was seen signing a Liverpool shirt whilst away on international duty with England.
A young fan dressed in a Liverpool jersey was seen holding up a red shirt with Mohamed Salah’s name on the back and Bellingham was glad to sign the shirt.
The image sent Reds fans into meltdown, some thinking of a hint of where his desired destination is.
