FIFA 22 wonderkids: The 30 best young midfielders
FIFA 22 has been released since October which means users have started to get to grips with the new edition of Ultimate Team and Career Mode.
Within the popular Career Mode in FIFA, one of the best aspects of it is to identify and target young players who perhaps have a lower initial rating but who could potentially turn into superstars.
If these potential stars are developed correctly, a user can eventually have a dream team without having spent much money as younger players naturally don't cost as much as established stars.
In the midfielder position, here are 30 of the best wonderkids to sign in Career Mode.

The two midfielders with the most potential within FIFA 22 are Manchester City's Phil Foden and Barcelona's Pedri.
These two young mavericks are obviously not unknown, but the best opportunity a user will have to sign the pair will come right at the start as if they continue to develop their values will only increase.
The same can be said for Ajax midfielder Ryan Gravenberch, though he should be slightly more attainable than Foden and Pedri.
Jude Bellingham and Eduardo Camavinga develop into two of the best midfielders in the game also.
Foden is the attacking midfielder with the highest potential rating, Pedri is the central midfielder with the highest potential rating and Marseille's Boubacar Kamara is the defensive midfielder with the highest potential rating.
All of the above with the exception of Kamara should cost more than your average wonderkid.
We do have some cheap options, however, including Kacper Kozlowski of Pogon Szczecin, Ivan Ilic of Verona, Thiago Almada of Velez and Adam Karabec of Sparta Prague.
Romeo Lavia hasn't made his Man City debut yet but develops into a good player in-game, and may be available on the cheap.
