Moise Kean arrived at Everton in the summer of 2019 with a burgeoning reputation in Italian football, but it has never quite happened for him in England and he could be on his way back to Juventus.

After breaking out at Juve with six goals in 13 games as a teenager, Kean made just six starts and scored twice in the Premier League last season, coming off the bench an absurd 23 times.

It seemed the early hype surrounding his career was very quickly fading but PSG threw him a lifeline with a loan move in the summer just gone and he is some way to getting back to his best.

The Italian has exceeded double digits for the first time in his career with a very impressive 11 goals in 20 games.

Tuttojuve are reporting that his former club have noticed his improvement and are ready to bring him back to the club, willing to offer a player to Everton as well as money.

His recent form has seen him included in Roberto Mancini’s extended 38-man Italy squad, and a move back to his country could well keep him in the national team spotlight.

Could Moise Kean solve Italy National Team’s No.9 issues?

Juventus have had striker issues this season, with just about the entire goalscoring responsibility falling on Cristiano Ronaldo’s shoulders.

Capable shoulders while they may be, the fact that he has 23 goals and no other player has more than seven should be of great concern.

Alvaro Morata has struggled for regular minutes and consistent performances and Paulo Dybala continues to be painfully injury prone, which has left wingers Federico Chiesa and Dejan Kulusevski having to play up front at times this season.

Kean would be a great option for Pirlo to strengthen his stocks up front, and he could be the man to fly the flag once Ronaldo, no 36 years of age, leaves the team.

On a personal level, it could also be a fantastic opportunity for him. He would likely see plenty of the pitch, get to work alongside Ronaldo again and would return with a point to prove after having been sold.

It is vital for Kean to take the next step in his development now after a positive campaign in the French capital, and back home at Juventus could be exactly the place for him to do that.
