Achraf Hakimi will leave Inter this summer, Alejandro Camano, the player’s agent, confirmed as rumours of a move to Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain persist.

Hakimi only arrived at Inter last summer from Real Madrid, but the 22-year-old Morocco international will be on the move again just a year after signing for the San Siro club.

He played a key role for the side that won the Serie A title, but Inter’s financial difficulties are set to force them to sell.

Meanwhile, Camano has suggested that the future of Hakimi’s club-mate Lautaro Martinez is more complex.

Speaking to Radio Colonia show ‘¿Como te va?’, Camano said: “The only one of the pair that will leave at the moment is Hakimi. We have to work on the Lautaro case, but there is still no clear situation.”

PSG and Chelsea are the two clubs best positioned on Hakimi presently, with the interest of the Ligue 1 side thought to be more pronounced.

Indeed, PSG have urgent need for a senior figure at right-back, with Alessandro Florenzi back at Roma after a season of mixed fortunes on loan at Parc des Princes. Youngster Colin Dagba is presently their only option in that sector.

The Parisians have already signed Gini Wijnaldum this summer, with Italy international goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma set to follow on a free transfer from Milan, and Hakimi would continue their improvement.

Chelsea, meanwhile, are not so urgently in need of cover on the right, with Reece James having impressed in that role this season. Nevertheless, Hakimi would offer a more attacking threat in that sector.

It has been reported that the Blues have offered €60 million (£51.5m) plus Emerson Palmieri or Andreas Christensen for Hakimi, with Inter having knocked back that offer.
