Aaron Ramsey will not be returning to Arsenal this summer, according to his agent.

The Welshman is allegedly unsettled at Juventus and could look to move on following the European Championship, while the Bianconeri are open to selling him in order to lessen their wage bill.

Ramsey moved to Juve on a free transfer in 2019 on reported wages of £400,000 per week.

However, he is yet to find a permanent position within the starting XI at the Allianz Stadium and has started just 24 Serie A matches in two years since the move from North London.

Ramsey himself suggested in early June that he could look to transfer somewhere else this summer.

"The last two seasons at Juventus have been very difficult, frustrating, not just from a physical point of view. I want a place where I can feel good again," he said.

"There have been many factors and changes that I haven’t been used to.

"So, I take it into my own hands and have the right people around me to try to come up with the best possible plan to get myself back into a place where I am feeling good and confident again."

No return to Arsenal

A return to the Premier League has been speculated on for Ramsey, with former club Arsenal naturally being mentioned in the conversation, as well as Liverpool.
