FIFA 22 stadiums: All the grounds that appear on new game

FIFA 22 has now been released, with makers EA Sports having already announced additional stadiums which will be available to players.

As the game is sponsored by FIFA, it has historically had the rights for most major stadiums in the world, even if not all of them make the cut.

As for FIFA 22, the following stadiums have been added which were not part of previous incarnations of the game:

Estadio da Luz (SL Benfica)

Brentford Community Stadium (Brentford)

Estadio do Dragao (FC Porto)

Reale Arena (Real Sociedad)

SchucoArena (Arminia Bielefeld)

Unfortunately, the Brentford Community Stadium will not be playable immediately after purchase as this will be added to FIFA 22 at a later date via a patch.

The reason for this is that, due to the pandemic, makers have been unable to actually travel to the stadium to complete the necessary scans required to build it in an animated setting.

This happened last season also, with newly-promoted Leeds United.

In total, FIFA 22 has 100 authentically recreated, licensed stadiums to play inside.
