Eight players told they can leave Spurs

With Djed Spence finally signed and Antonio Conte set for his first full season as Tottenham Hotspur manager, no fewer than eight first-team players have been told they have no future with Spurs.
Tottenham have been actively recruiting during the summer transfer window, with Spence's £20m/€24m arrival from Middlesbrough following hot on the heels of headline-grabbing deals for Richarlison (€58m from Everton), Yves Bissouma (€29.2m from Brighton) and Ivan Perisic (free transfer from Inter Milan).
Conte is building his desired squad, and the arrival of right-back Spence means that perhaps unsurprisingly, Matt Doherty, Emerson Royal and Japhet Tanganga no longer have a future at the club.

Each were used last season, but with Conte this week floating the idea of using Lucas Moura as a right wing-back - having converted Perisic from winger to wing-back in their time at Inter - the writing is on the wall for the incumbents in the position.
On the opposite flank, Sergio Reguillon has been told he is surplus to requirements with Perisic set to share playing time on the left with Ryan Sessegnon on that side.
Giovani No-Celso
Midfielders Tanguy Ndombele and Giovani Lo Celso, who spent time out on loan with Lyon and Villarreal respectively last season, are also surplus to requirement, as are academy graduate Harry Winks and Spanish winger Bryan Gil.
Winks has been linked with a move to Frank Lampard's Everton, and Spurs will be hopeful of raising at least some of the €163 million the eight are rated at collectively by Football Transfers' in-house algorithm.
