Spurs target Udogie drops big transfer hint
Udinese Destiny Udogie is nearing a move to the Premier League with Tottenham.
The 19-year-old became a top target for Spurs this summer following his breakout season in Serie A over 2021-22.
And now the Italian club have dropped a huge hint that the deal is imminent.
Udogie was not even included on the bench for his side's first Serie A fixture of the season on Saturday away to Scudetto holders Milan.
That omission suggests that he will soon be travelling to north London to finalise his transfer, with reports claiming that a medical at Tottenham could come as early as Tuesday.

The Italians will receive an initial £15 million for the teenager, who had also attracted interest from Manchester City and Brighton in the current window.
Udogie will be Tottenham's seventh summer signing following Ivan Perisic, Richarlison, Fraser Forster, Yves Bissouma, Clement Lenglet and Djed Spence.
But he will not be staying in England for long once he puts pen to paper.
What's next for Udogie?
As part of the agreement Spurs will loan the defender back to Udinese for the entirety of the 2022-23 season, before he finally links up with his new club next June.
A native of Verona, Udogie came through the ranks at Serie A side Hellas Verona and made six appearances at his hometown club before being released on loan to Udinese.
He proved a revelation, playing in all but three of the side's 38 Serie A games and also chipping in with five goals from the back to steer them to a comfortable mid-table finish.
Udogie has also been a regular at youth level for Italy, whom he has represented at every level from Under-15 to 21.
