Which teams have the biggest net spend on transfers this summer?
Paris Saint-Germain have the biggest net spend of any club in world football during the 2024 summer transfer window.
The Ligue 1 giants have a total net spend of €153.4 million so far this summer.
PSG have spent €169.9m on Joao Neves, Desire Doue, Willian Pacho and Matvey Safonov, while Hugo Ekitike (€16.5m) is their only sale. Kylian Mbappe has only departed, although he joined Real Madrid on a free transfer.

Brighton & Hove Albion have the second-highest net spend at €137.4m. The Seagulls have purchased seven new players for a fee, namely Georginio Rutter, Yankuba Minteh, Mats Wieffer, Brajan Gruda, Matt O’Riley, Ibrahim Osman and Malick Junior Yalcouye.
Meanwhile, they have earned €34.3m through the sales of Deniz Undav, Pascal Gross and Marc Leonard.
Newly-promoted Premier League side Ipswich Town are third with a net spend of €115.3m. Kieran McKenna’s side have spent big on Omari Hutchinson, Jacob Greaves, Liam Delap, Jack Clarke, Dara O’Shea, Sammie Szmodics, Arijanet Muric and Conor Townsend in a bid to avoid relegation.

Ligue 1 giants Olympique Lyon have the fourth-highest net spend of any club so far this summer.
They have purchased eight players, including Euro 2024 Georges Mikautadze, Ghana wonderkid Ernest Nuameh and Nottingham Forest duo Moussa Niakhate and Orel Mangala. Their net spend stands at €100m.
West Ham are fifth, narrowly behind Lyon, following the permanent arrivals of Maximilian Kilman, Crysencio Summerville, Niclas Fullkurg, Luis Guilherme and Aaron Wan-Bissaka. Their net spend currently sits at €99.7m.

Manchester United have the sixth-highest net spend following the purchases of Joshua Zirkzee, Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui for a combined €164.5m. The Red Devils have made €66.1m from outgoing transfers, including Mason Greenwood’s move to Marseille.
In seventh is Atletico Madrid. They have a net spend of €97.6m, following the arrivals of Julian Alvarez, Conor Gallagher, Robin Le Normand and Alexander Sorloth.
Al-Ittihad are in eighth place with a net spend of €96.6m. They have signed six new players for a transfer fee, including Moussa Diaby and Houssem Aouar.
Tottenham Hotspur are ninth with a net spend of €94.6m. Ange Postecoglou’s side have spent big on Dominic Solanke, Archie Gray, Wilson Odobert and Lucas Bergvall, while they have earned €54.3m from the sales of Oliver Skipp, Emerson Royal, Joe Rodon and Troy Parrott.
Completing the top 10 is Chelsea. The free-spending west London club have a net spend of €87.8m so far this summer. They have signed 10 new players, including Wolves winger Pedro Neto for an initial €60m, while they have earned over €150m through sales.
