Chelsea and Tottenham target Denzel Dumfries available for cut-price fee
Denzel Dumfries is attracting interest from Chelsea and Tottenham after an impressive few seasons for Inter and The Netherlands national team.
Inter will be reluctant to sell Dumfries, having performed well at San Siro, but they are in a difficult financial position.
And the Nerazzurri will be determined to keep hold of their star players, such as Lautaro Martinez, Nico Barrella and Milan Skriniar.

Hence, the likes of Dumfries may be forced to leave the club.
And, in an attempt to draw interest from teams accross Europe, the full-back's asking price has been cut to just £26 million, according to Italian outlet Calciomercatoweb,
Dumfries a target for London clubs
According to reports, the battle for Dumfries' signature will be between two London clubs - Chelsea and Tottenham.
The Blues have needed cover for the right wing-back position for a while now, with Cesar Azpilicueta and even Ruben Loftus-Cheek being made to play there in Reece James' absence.
And, unfortunately for Chelsea and England, time on the sidelines has not been a rarity for James in recent times.

As for Spurs, they could do with an upgrade on Emerson Royal, who has been prone to a mistake since moving to the north London club.
Antonio Conte's side do have youngster Djed Spence as an alternative to Royal, but it seems he is not fancied at all by the Italian manager.
Dumfries could be persuaded to join Tottenham, over Chelsea, given the excellent start to the Premier League campaign they have made.
