Chelsea interested in PSV star Noni Madueke
Chelsea have expressed an interest in signing PSV Eindhoven forward Noni Madueke as they continue to look for reinforcements in the transfer market.
Graham Potter's side have already signed Benoit Badiashile, David Datro Fofana and Andrey Santos this month, while they are close to completing a loan move for Atletico Madrid star Joao Felix.
However, the Blues' pursuit of Enzo Fernandez, one of Argentina's most important players in their World Cup triumph, appears to be over with Benfica insistent that his €120 million release clause must be paid in full if Chelsea want to sign him during the January window.

But, the West London side aren't prepared to stop their business in the market and are now eyeing up the possibility of bringing Noni Madueke back to England, according to The Times.
The 20-year-old is a product of the Tottenham Hotspur academy, and chose to reject both the option of staying at Spurs and an offer from Manchester United in order to join PSV in June 2018.
He made his senior debut 18 months later and became a regular in the side during the 2020/21 season, netting seven goals and contributing four assists in 24 Eredivisie appearances.

Chelsea want Madueke
Chelsea have lost six of their last nine games in all competitions and have mustered just four goals in that time as their woes in front of goal continue.
Therefore, they have continued their search to add reinforcements to the forward line, with Madueke the latest name to be linked with a transfer to Stamford Bridge.
Back in 2021, Madueke admitted that a return to England is something that would be very attractive. "The Premier League is the best league in the world and every young English player wants to be there," he said.
"But also I am not someone who is afraid to venture elsewhere. So, whatever is best for my development, whichever country, I am a person who won't be scared to take the leap."
This season, however, he has made just four league appearances after struggling with injuries, and completed his first 90 minutes of the campaign in PSV's 0-0 draw with Sparta Rotterdam on January 7.
