Man Utd told Kane could be their Haaland
Arsenal legend Paul Merson believes that Manchester United would be 'crazy' not to sign Tottenham Hotspur and England star Harry Kane.
Kane is having one of his best goalscoring seasons, scoring 15 times in 18 Premier League appearances.
But his world-class performances have gone under the radar as a result of Erling Haaland's incredible form for Manchester City.

The former 22-year-old has 21 league goals already in the 2022-23 season, having signed from Borussia Dortmund in the summer transfer window.
Merson, however, thinks that Kane could put up similar numbers in a Manchester United shirt.
Ten Hag's side are in need of a world-class striker in order to compete with City and Arsenal at the top of the table.
Anthony Martial is not only injury-prone, but simply not good enough to lead the line for a Premier League contender.
Merson on Kane
Paul Merson waxed lyrical about the England captain, who he is eager to see leave north London for a better chance at winning trophies.
''In an age where clubs spend money for fun and world-class centre-forwards are a rarity, I would find it crazy if Manchester United did not break the bank for Harry Kane,,'' Merson wrote for the Daily Star.
''You can look all around the world, rack your brains and round up every scout within your network and the answer is right there in front of you. There is nobody that comes close to Kane that is currently available.
“Look at that quality!”

''Everyone talks about Erling Haaland but for me, Kane could deliver similar numbers in that City team and even add more assists.
''Even if he costs £150million and it's a four or five-year contract, you are buying over 100 goals. Who else is going to give you that?
''Call me silly but he would even give United a chance of winning the Champions League in my opinion. He is a machine.
