Chelsea screwed up SECOND Deadline Day transfer
Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech is not alone. The Blues messed up his hopes of moving to PSG on Deadline Day, but one of his Stamford Bridge colleagues has also been caught up in late transfer drama.
Ziyech was one of the stories of the deadline as Chelsea sent through the wrong paperwork on three occasions to thwart any prospect of him moving to the Parc des Princes.
The Ligue 1 side branded the Premier League side a ‘Class A circus’ as their appeal to take Ziyech to France failed, and those sentiments will only have been backed up when they learn what happened to another of the Blues’ talents.

Tiemoue Bakayoko was due to sign for Adana Demirspor from the Blues on Deadline Day, yet he remains at Milan, where he is on loan, after a deal spectacularly broke down at the 11th hour.
Adana president Murat Sancak has pointed the finger at the deal breaking down firmly at Chelsea for the collapse.
“It is false that Bakayoko gave up signing after seeing our facilities. He went to the Milan offices at two in the morning to sign. While Chelsea were about to sign the termination of his contract so he could sign with us… we don’t know what happened there, but he has given up on signing,” he said.

Bakayoko a forgotten force
Bakayoko has been at Chelsea since making a €40 million move in 2017 but has become something of a forgotten man at Stamford Bridge, having made only 29 appearances since joining from Monaco.
Capped once by France, he has been loaned out to Milan (twice), Monaco and Napoli but has struggled to recapture the form he showed as he led the Stade Louis II club to a shock Ligue 1 title success in 2017.
He is now valued at €6.5m by FootballTransfers.
Bakayoko’s Chelsea contract expires in the summer, so he is not expected back at Stamford Bridge.
