Liverpool shortlist €100m Real Madrid star
Liverpool have put Aurelien Tchouameni on their shortlist over a possible summer move.
Spanish outlet Fichajes reports that the Reds are looking to bring in the Frenchman to fill the midfield.
Real Madrid signed Tchouaméni last summer from Monaco for an initial €80 million, with the view that he would become the successor to Casemiro at the Santiago Bernabeu.
But suggestions are that he has been lacking on the pitch and now Jurgen Klopp has rekindled his interest.

The Reds looked at the player last summer but were beaten to the punch by Real. And, indeed, now it appears they have reignited their interest.
Their German coach is reportedly convinced that the 23-year-old is exactly what he needs and he believes that he would be better suited to the Premier than to the Spanish League due to his style of play.
But, in any case, Real Madrid are not willing to sit down and listen to offers for the youngster, who is also hoping to continue at the Bernabeu.
The likes of Luka Modric and Toni Kroos may be out the door soon, or at least given a smaller role, and this could spell more game-time for Tchouameni at the Spanish capital.
Bellingham also liked
Jude Bellingham is liked by both the Reds and Real, but at the moment it is thought that he favours a move to the Premier League.
Real are also put off by the sizable price tag that Borussia Dortmund have slapped on the England international.
Also interested are Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, and Manchester United in Bellingham.
The teenager is thought to be making a decision about his future in the coming days, though no bids have been forthcoming so far.
Liverpool are hopeful of bringing in at least two prominent central midfielders in the upcoming transfer window as they look to get back on track.
