How much money can Man Utd generate from player sales this summer?
Manchester United want to become more 'ruthless' in their transfer dealings, and this summer could see a massive squad overhaul in line with this new approach.
Erik ten Hag continues to revolutionise and revitalise the Red Devils. Despite failure in Europe, this season will go down as a big step in the right direction, and in order to continue the club's upward trajectory, the Dutchman will get rid of a lot of the deadwood he inherited from the previous regimes.

Indeed, United are set for a mass exodus this summer with, as the Guardian claims, a double-digit number of players potentially on their way out of Old Trafford. If this report is true and if those players get sold for their value (or close to it), United will rake in plenty of cash in the next few months - here's how much.
How much will Man Utd make from sales?
Phil Jones and Axel Tuanzebe are out of contract, so they won't flush any money into United's coffers. Anthony Martial and Harry Maguire are reportedly top of United's transfer list, and if they are sold for their Estimated Transfer Value (ETV), the Red Devils will earn €31.1 million and €29.8m respectively.
Jadon Sancho will be sold if a suitable offer comes in. He is currently worth €57.5m, while fellow big-money arrival-turned-underperformer Aaron Wan-Bissaka clocks in at €31.5m. Central midfielders Scott McTominay (€29.7m), Fred (€19.1m) and Donny van de Beek (€18.7m) could help fund a move for Frenkie de Jong.

Loaned-out players Dean Henderson (€19.2m), Alex Telles (€8.8m), Eric Bailly (€4.4m) and Hannibal Mejbri (€2.2m) are up for sale, as are several youngsters who have failed to break into the first team like Anthony Elanga (€15.1m) and Brandon Williams (€8.6m).
Even Victor Lindelof, who has impressed in the absence of Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez, could be had for just €23.5m. Based purely on the players' values, United could earn up to €300m from sales this summer.
