Arsenal make NEW Havertz bid: The price Chelsea will sell for
Arsenal have made a new bid of £60 million for Chelsea attacker Kai Havertz, according to the Daily Mail.
Journalist Sami Mokbel reports that Arsenal have made an offer of £55m plus £5m in bonuses.
This comes after their initial offer of £50m was rejected by Chelsea last week.

Mokbel adds that Havertz will be offered a five-year contract worth at least £210,000-per-week.
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed the new offer from Arsenal and says that the negotiations are advancing.
How much will Kai Havertz cost Arsenal?
Romano believes that a deal can be agreed if Arsenal reach £65m with their offer and anticipates that the transfer can be completed as early as this week after the current international break.

FootballTransfers' Steve Kay exclusively revealed last week that this is a deal that all parties want to get done – including Chelsea. The Blues are unable to make signings until they have made a sale, and they are under increasing pressure from manager Mauricio Pochettino to get players out the door so he can start bringing players in.
Arsenal’s move for Havertz has come as something of a surprise as the Germany international has largely struggled ever since arriving in the Premier League.
Although he scored the winner in the 2021 Champions League final against Manchester City, Havertz has failed to live up to his billing after his £71m move from Bayer Leverkusen in 2021.

Arsenal are very active in the transfer market currently. They are in advanced talks to sign Declan Rice from West Ham for a fee that could even surpass £100m.
David Ornstein also reported on Monday evening that Arsenal have made a £30m bid for Ajax defender Jurrien Timber.
FootballTransfers revealed on Sunday that Arsenal are in positive talks with Kieran Tierney to keep the defender at the club.
