Cristiano Ronaldo RIDICULES teammates, ex-Liverpool star reveals
Arthur Melo has revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo used to joke about his Juventus teammates' eating habits.
The Brazilian midfielder is looking to rebuild his career after a torrid loan spell at Liverpool that saw him feature in just 13 minutes. Arthur's stint at Anfield got off to the worst possible start as he suffered an injury and he never managed to get back into the team afterwards.
Having now returned to his parent club Juventus, the 26-year-old is uncertain about what the future holds. He is open to a move, as he revealed in an interview with Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo. In the same interview, he also talked about being teammates with the likes of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
The latter, Arthur claims, used to make fun of his teammates back when he was playing in Italy.

What did Arthur say?
"As an athlete and as a person he is spectacular," Arthur gushed. "He tries to improve every day. I remember that when we met at Juventus, in the dining room, he always looked at the rest of our plates and joked about what we had to eat."
"He is very professional," the midfielder said of the Al-Nassr star. "I had never seen someone with his mentality before."

As for Messi, he is "perhaps the best player in history," according to Arthur. "I had the great opportunity to share very nice moments with him in the locker room. He is somewhat more reserved, but he is a person with a very good heart."
"It's amazing," he added, "how he understands the game and how many years he's been playing at the highest level. That cannot be achieved by everyone."
In addition to being teammates with Messi and Ronaldo, Arthur also had the distinction of sharing a dressing room with Neymar, a person who "cares a lot about others and I can confirm this from my own experience. And as a player, everyone sees the quality that he has, I love it."
