Chelsea could already offload TWO new signings
Chelsea could loan out new arrivals Angelo Gabriel and Lesley Ugochukwu to partner club Strasbourg.
The Ligue 1 outfit are owned by Todd Boehly’s BlueCo, the consortium which completed a takeover at Chelsea last year.
And it seems the Blues are already looking at how they could take advantage of their owners’ interests in another of the top European leagues.

According to a report from L’Equipe, Strasbourg are waiting while Chelsea decide whether or not to send Ugochukwu and Angelo out on loan for the upcoming season.
Angelo has caught the eye for Mauricio Pochettino’s side during their pre-season tour of the USA, having completed a €16m (£12.9m) move from Santos last month.
As such, there are suggestions that the 18-year-old Brazilian winger could feature in the Blues’ first-team plans straight away.
Nineteen-year-old French midfielder Ugochukwu, meanwhile, joined from Rennes earlier this week in a deal worth €27.5m (£23.1m), signing a seven-year contract at Stamford Bridge.
Ugochukwu has already played almost 50 games in the French top flight, having made his Rennes debut shortly after his 17th birthday.

The Chelsea diaspora
It has become the norm for Chelsea to send multiple players out on loan each season – and Angelo and Ugochukwu could become just the two latest members of the Blues diaspora dotted around Europe.
Forward David Fofana – who has featured just four times since signing from Molde in January – will spend the 2023/24 campaign in the Bundesliga with Union Berlin, and more fringe players are bound to depart on the same basis as Pochettino trims his squad down to size.
Meanwhile, Chelsea have just completed their sixth signing of the summer, with France centre-back Axel Disasi joining from Monaco for €45m (£38.6m).
