Marcus Rashford is the most expensive Manchester United player in the 2023-24 version of Fantasy Premier League.
The England international has been handed a £9 million starting price in the Fantasy game, a huge increase from his starting price of just £6.5m last season.
That low valuation was seen as a bargain at the start of 2022-23, and it proved to be just that as Rashford bagged 17 goals (the sixth most in the Premier League) and scored 205 FPL points - a tally that could only be bettered by two midfielders in the game (Mohamed Salah and Martin Odegaard).

As a result, he has leapfrogged Bruno Fernandes as the most expensive Man Utd asset in FPL, with the Portuguese star falling from a starting price of £10m to £8.5m this season. That drop comes after his 176-point haul in 2022-23, the seventh-most of any midfielder in Fantasy Premier League.
Fernandes is now the second most expensive Man Utd player in FPL, ahead of Jadon Sancho and new signing Mason Mount. Both English midfielders are valued at £7m in the new game.
Sancho scored 105 FPL points last season, while Mount only mustered 82 (the same as Man Utd man Antony) in a poor season at Chelsea.

The final player on the list of the five most expensive Man Utd players in FPL 2023-24 is Anthony Martial, who happens to be the only player not classified as a midfielder to appear in the top five.
The Frenchman struggled last year, despite a promising pre-season, but has been handed a £6.5m starting price in Fantasy Premier League. He scored just 66 FPL points last season and could be replaced on the list by Rasmus Hojlund when his move to Old Trafford is made official, and he is added to the game.
Luke Shaw (£5.5m) is the most expensive Man Utd defender, while Andre Onana (£5m) is the most expensive goalkeeper in the Red Devils’ squad.
