Liverpool forced to 'walk away' from ANOTHER midfield target
Liverpool have been made to 'walk away' from another midfield target in what has been a difficult transfer window.
The Reds have had a £25.5 million bid rejected by Fluminense for 22-year-old Andre, according to ESPN.
The Brazilian has been subject to interest from a number of Premier League clubs, including Fulham - who had a £17m offer rejected earlier in the window.

But Fluminense are not prepared to let him go while they are still competing in the Copa Libertadores.
As a result, interested clubs will have to wait until the January transfer window to get their man.
But Liverpool are unlikely to pursue a deal in the Winter, as they desperately need another midfielder before the summer transfer window closes next week.
Liverpool's midfield rebuild
Liverpool's midfield is almost entirely different to last season, having let go of Jordan Henderson, Fabinho, James Milner and more.
The Reds' plan was to sign four midfielders in this window, and they have already signed three, but it has not been plain sailing.
The additions of Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai, from Brighton and RB Leipzig, respectively, were fairly straightforward.
But Liverpool's attempts to bring in more defensive midfielders have been scuppered several times.

Having targeted Romeo Lavia throughout the window, the club decided to go in for Chelsea's top target, Moises Caicedo.
In the end, the Blues saw off competition from Liverpool for the Ecuadorian, while they also signed Lavia - who had been left frustrated by the Merseyside club's decision to go for Caicedo.
Jurgen Klopp's side have brought in 30-year-old Wataru Endo from Stuttgart, which has been deemed as underwhelming by many.
And now they are struggling to sign a fourth midfielder, with Andre no longer an option.
