Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson is being chased by Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr and the Brazil international is interested in the move, according to sensational reports from France.

Alisson, 30, moved to Anfield in 2018 after a stellar season at Serie A giants Roma and was named as Liverpool’s Men’s Player of the Season last year following his heroics in between the sticks.

However, the Brazilian could be set to leave the club before the transfer window slams shut on 1 September after an approach from Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr, who currently have Cristiano Ronaldo and former Liverpool star Sadio Mane in their ranks.

French outlet Foot Mercato have reported that Al-Nassr have targeted Alisson as their ideal replacement for current number one Nawaf Al-Aqidi, who conceded two in their opening Saudi Pro League game of the season against Al-Ettifaq.

Al-Nassr lost the game 2-1, with Robin Quaison and former Lyon star Moussa Dembele netting the goals for Al-Ettifaq, who are managed by Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard. Mane scored the opener for Al-Nassr.

Alisson to Al-Nassr?

Liverpool have already seen Fabinho, Jordan Henderson and Roberto Firmino leave the club for Saudi Arabia this summer, with Mohamed Salah also linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League.

In fact, the Egyptian has reportedly given Al-Ittihad the green light to begin talks over a move. Salah provided the assist for Luis Diaz’s goal in Liverpool's 1-1 draw against Chelsea on Sunday, but was furious at manager Jurgen Klopp for his decision to substitute him halfway through the second-half.

Alisson is said to be tempted by the lucrative offer he would likely receive from Al-Nassr and is open to leaving Anfield this summer.

The Brazil number one has won six trophies during his time at Liverpool and is not against moving to Saudi Arabia before August ends.

If he joins Al-Nassr then he will link-up with former team-mate Mane, as well as Alex Telles, Seko Fofana, Marcelo Brozovic and, of course, Ronaldo.
