CONFIRMED: Hugo Ekitike readies move after PSG inform striker he must leave
Hugo Ekitike is currently assessing his options in search for a new club after being informed by Paris Saint-Germain that he must leave this window. It's believed that Ekitike has now accepted the need to move on.
We have been informed that the striker desires more playing time for the upcoming campaign and wants to avoid a repetition of last term when he played for only 1139 minutes across the Ligue 1 season.
While Everton has shown interest in the 21-year-old, there has been no formal approach. The club is currently considering various options.

PSG are open to all offers for Ekitike, whose transfer to Parc des Princes was made permanent through an obligatory clause valued at €28.5 million.
Lens and Borussia Dortmund are also keen on Ekitike. Borussia Dortmund liked the attacker during his time at Reims and still do, although the German outfit would likely offer limited playing time.
Other clubs thought to be involved include AC Milan and Eintracht Frankfurt, though it's believed the interest from these two clubs isn't particularly strong at this stage.
Former PSG manager Christophe Galtier wasn't keen on Ekitike last season, but we've been told that Luis Enrique wanted to keep him for the upcoming campaign. However, it was communicated to Ekitike yesterday by Luis Campos that he is not in the club’s plans moving forward, in a meeting held between the sporting advisor. Enrique was also present during the discussion.
We are told that Ekitike has accepted this decision, and now clubs will be considered with meetings scheduled in the coming days between the player and his agent, Karl Buchmann.

PSG want to move forward on
PSG is open to all reasonable offers, including any proposed loan with an option-to-buy clause.
The move would represent something of a coup for Everton. While there is interest, there is no certainty about finalising the signing from Sean Dyche’s side, and no bid or proposal has been made yet, as far as we understand.
The youngster scored 11 goals in 28 games before declining an offer from Newcastle and joining PSG last summer. During his time there, he scored four times in 32 appearances, most of which were as a substitute.
