While Manchester United were preparing for their Champions League return against Bayern Munich, Jadon Sancho was spotted playing FIFA Pro Clubs with Tammy Abraham.

The England international remains in Red Devils exile and will be forced to watch his side's huge clash in Europe's premier competition from his couch. Sancho was banished from the first team after hitting back at head coach Erik ten Hag who had claimed that the 23-year-old didn't perform well enough in training to warrant inclusion against Arsenal prior to the international break.

It appears unlikely that Sancho will be reinstated anytime soon, so he has a fair bit of free time on his hands now, which he is seemingly putting to good use - playing FIFA with ex-Chelsea man Tammy Abraham, currently nursing an ACL injury.

However, his decision to play online shortly before United's game against Bayern has raised eyebrows and people are once again talking about his lack of commitment.

Sancho scores screamer

While most recognised that there isn't really anything for Sancho to do while being absent from the United squad, some took exception to the fact that he wasn't supporting his teammates ahead of a massive game.

Many also saw the funny side, however, because Sancho actually scored a really nice goal on FIFA, something he hasn't done in real life since the final day of last season when he found the back of the net against Fulham.

One user joked that Sancho will be back in the team in no time if he keeps scoring on FIFA, while another wrote "at least one Manchester United player will know what it’s like to be on the winning team tonight."

"[FIFA Pro] Clubs with the boys has to take priority," was another sentiment, with one user sharing a video of Lionel Messi celebrating at the World Cup with the caption "when Bayern win 4-0 but he [Sancho] gets promoted to Div 9 on Clubs."
