Man Utd: What happened to the last player who fell out with Ten Hag as Sancho nears exit
Erik ten Hag is preparing to sell Jadon Sancho in the January transfer window amid a public fallout.
The head coach believes that there is no turning back for the winger now and so Manchester United will do their utmost to offload the former England international.
But Sancho isn’t the first player to be in locked in a war of words with the Dutchman. Indeed, four years ago, Ten Hag became embroiled in a touchline row with attacker Noa Lang.
As a result of the spat, Ten Hag sanctioned Lang's loan departure to Twente for the rest of the season.
When he came back, the coach asked that his club sell him on permanently. Lang was swiftly moved on to Belgian outfit Club Brugge the following summer.

Lang said: “Everyone loved me at Ajax - except one person. I wanted to go out on loan, but the coach was so angry that he made it clear to the club that I had to be sold.”
It comes after reports that Ten Hag has had enough of Sancho and will sell the winger even if he does apologise.
What clubs are interested in Jadon Sancho?
Sancho, who was bought by the club for £73 million from Borussia Dortmund, has been left out of the Man Utd squad for the past nine games.
Ten Hag was accused of lying by Sancho via social media after the coach claimed that his performances in training had been poor - which was why he had not been selected.
Man Utd will now look to move on Sancho in the upcoming window and hope to rekindle talks with clubs in the Saudi Pro League after a move broke down with Al-Ettifaq during the summer window.
