Sancho, 23, has not featured for the Red Devils since September and has been exiled from first-team training by Erik ten Hag.

The pair’s ongoing feud started when Ten Hag stated that Sancho’s poor training performances were the reason he was omitted from the squad to face Arsenal before the September international break.

Sancho hit back by saying he had been “scapegoated” by the Dutchman, and he looks set to leave Old Trafford in January.

Furthermore, Man Utd remain furious with Sancho, believing him to be unfit and nonchalant about his exclusion out of the side, FootballTransfers has been informed.

The Red Devils are now looking at options to replace Sancho as the Englishman eyes a loan move away from the club during the upcoming winter window.

Man Utd want Kubo

According to Spanish publication Nacional, via Football Espana, Real Sociedad starlet Takefusa Kubo is being monitored by Man Utd, with Ten Hag’s side keen on signing the 22-year-old.

Kubo has scored five goals and provided two assists in La Liga this season, and he picked up the league’s September Player of the Month award too.

The Japan international was also included in FootballTransfers’ European Team of Season so far after his stellar start to the new campaign.

His form has attracted interest from Man Utd, who are reportedly interested in adding Kubo to their first-team squad.

Kubo has a €60 million release clause in his contract at Real Sociedad, meaning Man Utd may have to fork out a significant fee to land the Japanese winger.

Ten Hag spent €196.7m during the summer transfer window, with Rasmus Hojlund, Mason Mount, Andre Onana, Altay Bayindir and Jonny Evans arriving on permanent deals. In addition, Sofyan Amrabat and Sergio Reguilon also joined the club on loan.
