Scout tells Juventus to sign Arsenal starlet over Partey
Juventus have been linked with a January transfer bid for Thomas Partey, but the Old Lady would be moving for the wrong Arsenal midfielder according to an Italian scout.
Partey was promised significant minutes in Arsenal's first-team this season despite the £100 million arrival of Declan Rice from West Ham, but he has only made three of a possible 11 starts in the Premier League.
Of those, a majority have been used in a hybrid role between right-back and defensive midfield, and although he and head coach Mikel Arteta have previously said they are keen on working together, cracks are beginning to emerge.

As exclusively revealed by FootballTransfers' Steve Kay, Arsenal will move for Aston Villa's Douglas Luiz, another player in Partey's preferred position, in January, and Juventus are ready to make a move.
They would have to beat Saudi Pro League sides such as Al-Khaleej to his signature, but they needn't bother according to football scout Michele Fratini.

Patino 'has quality'
"They need a playmaker because Juventus doesn't have quality," he told Rai Sport. "One player who builds the game could be Charlie Patino of Arsenal, because he has great quality. There are many great teams following him.
"He is a pure talent. He's left-footed. He is the only playmaker in English football. He is wanted by all the top Italian clubs, such as Milan, Juventus, Inter and Napoli. He'll cost €30 million. He's very strong."

Patino is currently on loan to Swansea in the Championship, and Arsenal might be laughing all the way to the bank if they were to receive such an amount for a player valued at €2.7m by FootballTransfers' in-house algorithm.
Patino is an England youth international - one still eligible for Spain - however, and Arsenal reportedly fended off interest from Barcelona in his services last year.
