Andre Onana was at the heart of controversy again as he gifted Galatasaray two goals in the Champions League.

A €50 million summer signing meant to be an upgrade on David de Gea, Andre Onana's start to life at Old Trafford has been tough, to say the least. Despite actually putting up decent numbers, Onana's campaign has been marred by repeated, high-profile mistakes.

Especially early on in the season, Onana was repeatedly in the news because of his howlers, with some even clamouring for De Gea to come back. Erik ten Hag kept the faith, however, and in recent times, the goalkeeper managed to repay that faith.

But against Galatasaray in the Champions League, Onana reverted to his ways from earlier in the season. Despite the Turkish giants' suffocating pressure, it should have been a fairly comfortable affair for United given the amount of goals they scored. But Onana let Gala back in the game not once but twice, with the second error being especially egregious as he basically punched the ball into his own net from Hakim Ziyech's ball into the box.

Social media, unsurprisingly, wasn't all too happy with the Cameroon international.
