Greenwood set to test Ratcliffe after Getafe wondergoal
Mason Greenwood scored a golazo for Getafe in their 2-1 win over Almeria on Saturday to pose Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag another headache.
While Man Utd are struggling for any type of offensive production in the Premier League from their marquee players, Greenwood showed them up in Spain with a goal of the highest quality.
Marcus Rashford and Rasmus Hojlund are both waiting for their first Premier League goals of the season, while only Scott McTominay and Bruno Fernandes have more than one in England’s top flight for the Red Devils this season.

Which path for Greenwood?
It is a state of affairs that cannot go on, and yet Greenwood is finding his form in Spain, lighting Getafe’s fixture up with a strike of outrageous quality from the edge of the box.
But Greenwood comes with baggage. He spent more than 18 months frozen out of the Man Utd squad amid a police investigation into his private life that was only dropped when a key witness withdrew their testimony.
The striker is innocent in the eyes of the law but has nonetheless had his reputation tarnished by the affair to such an extent that Man Utd felt he could not remain at the club after conducting their own internal investigation.
Should Greenwood maintain this form, he will pose a major headache to incoming minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who is set to takeover the sporting side of the club after completing a 25% takeover.
The Red Devils are crying out for a player who has the game-breaking talent that the 23-year-old possesses, after all.
Will his potential for on-field fireworks be sufficient to persuade the new Man Utd owner that the once-capped England international is a talent worth persisting with, or will the court of public opinion and the possible commercial ramifications attached to it win the day?
