'What will the Pochettino apologists say now? - Chelsea fans reach breaking point

Mauricio Pochettino has been scorned online after Chelsea went down 2-1 to Wolves at the break.

The Blues found the opening goal through in-form Cole Palmer but then two deflected goals saw Gary O'Neil's side go ahead at the end of the first half.

The game at Stamford Bridge has some of the Chelsea fans imploring the club's hierarchy to sack the Argentine coach, with the side currently sitting 10th in the Premier League.

Chelsea have invested heavily over the past two seasons under the ownership of Todd Boehly but such spending has not translated to success on the pitch.

Pochettino arrived over the summer but results have been near enough the same for the West London side. Some corners of the support now believe that the former Tottenham and Paris Saint-Germain head coach has had enough time to turn around their fortunes but has failed.

Chelsea fans have meltdown

On social media, Pochettino started to trend for all the wrong reasons. A number of Chelsea fan accounts have claimed to have reached breaking point with the coach.
