Arsenal COMPLETE three deals for next season including €30m signing, Romano confirms
Arsenal may be in the thick of the Premier League title race, but according to Fabrizio Romano, they are working effectively towards building for next term, with three new deals in place.
Mikel Arteta has made consistency and unity two of the leading characteristics of his team since taking charge of the club, with the Arsenal manager having now worked to secure new contracts for Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu at the club.

Both contracts have been on the cards for an extended period.
Crucially, this means that of the current first-team squad, only Thomas Partey has a contract that expires in the summer of 2025. Arsenal will, therefore, have a relatively quiet summer in terms of sales and anyone who does depart will do so under terms that suit the Gunners.

Raya to Arsenal confirmed
Romano reports that the other piece of business that Arsenal will do involves buying out the purchase clause of loan goalkeeper David Raya, who arrived from Brentford last summer on a one-year deal.
The plan was always for the Spaniard to retain his place on a long-term basis and Romano says that Arsenal’s plans to retain the goalkeeper are “confirmed”.
The North London side will spend €31.5 million (£27m) on the goalkeeper, who suffered criticism earlier this season. This has quietened since he helped Arsenal through to the quarter-finals of the Champions League on Tuesday with a couple of vital blocks in a penalty shootout against Porto.

Raya has played 29 times in all for Arsenal and has kept 13 clean sheets for the concession of just 23 goals.
His Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) is €24.8m, which is actually short of Aaron Ramsdale’s €30m.
Arsenal, meanwhile, appear to be gearing up for the sale of the England international, who is under contract until June 2026.
The Gunners have been linked with MLS goalkeeper Patrick Schulte of Columbus Crew.
