Arsenal and Chelsea target Toney reveals DREAM summer transfer
Brentford striker Ivan Toney has revealed his dream summer transfer destination amid rumours that the once-capped England international is wanted by Chelsea and Arsenal among others.
Toney missed the first five months of the season because of a ban but has returned in excellent form.
The 28-year-old, who celebrates his birthday on Saturday, has scored four goals in eight matches, fuelling suggestions that he will be destined for a major club in the summer.

Out of contract in 2025, Brentford are likely to cash in on one of their major assets, who has admitted he would like a transfer – although his answer to Sky Sports is not one that is likely to please Chelsea or Arsenal supporters.
Asked by Sky Sports about his dream end to the campaign, he said: “Brentford start winning games. We win every game between now and the end of the season. I’ll score 20 goals. We keep nine clean sheets.
“Then I’m in the mix for the Euros and we win the Euros.

“Just let things fall into place. And if Brentford were to sell me, they make their money. I move to Real Madrid and it’s all good!”
Clearly, the threat of going head-to-head with Kylian Mbappe on a weekly basis does not put him off.
Real Madrid perfect for Toney
Unbeknown to Toney, Real Madrid is actually the perfect destination for him, according to data analytics experts SciSports.
Using the firm’s Career Advice tool, each team is given a Club Fit score that is based on a number of variables that range from potential development and playing time to style and formation.
Los Blancos get a Club Fit score of 78 for Toney, which is more than any other team in the world.

Toney's top 5 transfer destinations (SciSports)
Team | Club Fit |
---|---|
Real Madrid | 78 |
Aston Villa | 74 |
Fulham | 71 |
Man Utd | 71 |
PSG | 71 |
By comparison, Chelsea are only given a score of 68, with weak playing time and incompatible formation the two biggest issues at Stamford Bridge.
Arsenal, who FootballTransfers exclusively revealed to be more interested in Viktor Gyokeres this week, get a score of 61. The Gunners are, therefore, a poor fit for Toney.
Instead, Real Madrid is the optimal destination for him.
