Man Utd's stance on a Marcus Rashford transfer
Marcus Rashford has been linked with a summer transfer to Paris Saint-Germain as a potential replacement for Kylian Mbappe, but Manchester United have other ideas.
PSG are in the market for a new attacker with their talisman Mbappe set to sign for Real Madrid on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Mbappe may have few equals in world football, but Rashford at least shares a positional profile with him: a right-footed player who would rather line up on the left flank but who can also play up front if required.

With United set for a squad overhaul now that Sir Jim Ratcliffe's minority investment in the club has been completed, speculation has grown that the club could cash in on a player valued at €74.6 million by FootballTransfers' in-house algorithm.
But they have no intention of selling their academy graduate, according to a report.

Man Utd 'have decided to support Rashford'
"If an offer arrives on the table during the summer transfer window, then United will turn down any bids for Rashford," report Dean Jones and Matt Smith for GiveMeSport. "…the 26-year-old isn't one of the players they would be open to losing.
"The Manchester outfit have decided to continue supporting Rashford this season despite a drop-off in form and they are putting faith in him to get back to his best."

Rashford hit 30 goals in all competitions as United won the EFL Cup and finished third in the Premier League last season, but has only managed seven in the current campaign with the club floundering in sixth.
Ratcliffe is expected to have a cull, with former Real Madrid veterans Casemiro and Raphael Varane - the club's two highest earners - among those whose heads are on the chopping block.
On loan outcasts Mason Greenwood and Jadon Sancho are among those hoping for a new start under the new regime, but the former in particular is likely dependant on a change in manager having publicly fallen out with Erik ten Hag.
