€60m Serie A star delivers come and get me plea to Man Utd
Manchester United target Teun Koopmeiners has delivered a come and get me plea for interested clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Atalanta midfielder has been in incredible goalscoring form this season, netting 10 goals from 24 Serie A games, and his side lie sixth in the table at the international break.
The 26-year-old joined the Bergamo outfit from AZ back in 2021 and has established himself as one of the best midfielders in the Italian top flight since then.

Links with other clubs have been persistent throughout the last few transfer windows with United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Juventus credited as his strongest suitors.
Koopmeiners is under contract at Atalanta until 2027 and it has been reported that a bid of around €60 million would be required to get him out of the club.
The Netherlands international has delivered two-goal performances against both AC Milan, in the Coppa Italia, and Juventus, in the league recently.
United scouts were reported to have been present at the Juve game, a 2-2 draw, with representatives also running the rule over Atalanta centre back Giorgio Scalvini.
And Koopmeiners has confirmed in an interview with De Telegraaf that he would like to be able to leave the club this summer.
Koopmeiners willing to endure the English rain
“Last year there was concrete interest from Napoli and the clubs ultimately negotiated with each other without results,” he said.
“I have indicated to Atalanta that I want to make a move next summer. But there must be something very nice to exchange for that for Atalanta.
“My girlfriend and I are having a great time in Italy but I can endure the rain for some clubs in England. I hope there will be great options that I can think about.
“And then I hope that Atalanta receives a nice amount for me, because I had a wonderful time there.
“I would be lying if I said that I did not hear the alleged interest from Juventus and Premier League clubs. Of course I read that too or get it forwarded to me.”
