Don't choose Arsenal! Sesko should REJECT Gunners to join perfect next club
Arsenal could reportedly turn their attention to Benjamin Sesko this summer in their quest to sign a striker, however the RB Leipzig youngster may find his most suitable destination away from the Emirates.
Sesko is wanted by teams such as Chelsea, Manchester United and Newcastle due to a €50 million release clause in his contract, having only joined Leipzig from affiliate club Salzburg last summer.
While Sesko has yet to display his full potential in Leipzig, with nine Bundesliga goals in 26 appearances, the 20-year-old’s 6 foot 4 inch stature, combined with his ability on the ball, has made him an attractive option to teams looking to bag a bargain superstar before his breakout.

A striker is likely to be high on Mikel Arteta’s shortlist this summer, with the Arsenal boss having seen his side lose their grip on the Premier League title and crash out the Champions League in successive games.
The Gunners have won just twice in their last six games across all competitions, drawing a blank in three of those matches, with forward Gabriel Jesus having only scored two goals in his last 16 appearances.
Although Sesko would offer Arteta some much needed physicality up front, the Slovenian is still raw and may not instantly provide the pedigree needed to lead Arsenal to the title and could instead find his best place to flourish at a Premier League rival instead.

Why Sesko would be better suited in Merseyside instead of London
SciSports, who use data-driven analytics to provide an advanced insight into a player, believe that Sesko’s best Premier League destination would in fact be Liverpool.
The Reds are set to enter a period of transition when Jurgen Klopp steps down in the summer and they have also seen their Premier League title challenge fall short partially due to their inconsistency in attack.
Although Darwin Nunez has 11 goals and eight assists in the Premier League this year, the 24-year-old has often proven wasteful up front and has gone through barren runs, leaving Liverpool struggling for fire power.
While Liverpool have the likes of Cody Gakpo and Diogo Jota as options, both players could feasibly be used out wide going forward due to the uncertain futures of Mohamed Salah and Luis Diaz.

With Liverpool’s timeline likely to reset, the pursuit of a young talent in Sesko makes more sense to allow him to develop under less pressure than at Arsenal, where he will be expected to immediately lead the line to challenge for the Premier League title.
Sesko’s potential could see him become one of the top strikers in world football but it is crucial that he makes the right decision over his future, while Liverpool and Arsenal both have different needs from their strikers, making a move to Merseyside the smartest option for the Leipzig wonderkid.
