But the Express reports that United are in the chase and may even be in the lead as Arsenal and Chelsea’s interest has cooled compared to earlier this year.

Toney was one of the hottest properties in the January transfer window, with Arsenal and Chelsea both keen to buy him.
The 28-year-old ended up staying at Brentford, but Brentford manager Thomas Frank has since admitted that it is virtually certain that Toney will be sold at the end of the campaign.
Chelsea and Arsenal - and also Newcastle - have made the signing of a top striker one of their main priorities for the summer transfer window.
But the two London sides also have other targets on their shortlist who are now placed above Toney in the pecking order. These include Viktor Gyokeres and Victor Osimhen.
United also wish to sign a more experienced striker this summer to take off the burden of youngster Rasmus Hojlund.
His price tag is expected to be around €60 million.
Toney back from ban
Toney missed the first half of this campaign due to a betting ban but returned to playing in January.
He has since been in decent form, scoring four goals in 13 games.
Toney is hoping to go to Euro 2024 as Harry Kane’s understudy.
