Arsenal put SEVEN stars up for sale
Arsenal have made as many as SEVEN first team stars available for transfer this summer as Mikel Arteta continues to overhaul his squad.
Arteta has transformed Arsenal’s squad significantly in recent years and the revamp will continue this summer regardless of whether the Gunners win the Premier League title or not.
Bids will be considered for Aaron Ramsdale, who has lost his spot as Arsenal’s number one to David Raya, while academy graduates Eddie Nketiah, Emile Smith Rowe and Reiss Nelson could also be sold.

Kieran Tierney will also be allowed to leave permanently after his loan spell at Real Sociedad along with fellow loanees Albert Sambi Lokonga and Nuno Tavares, who have spent the campaigns at Luton and Nottingham Forest respectively.
Fringe veterans Cedric Soares and Mohamed Elneny will also depart when their contracts expire at the end of the season as well as young goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo, who has been on loan at League Two side Wrexham this year.
It is hoped the fire sale will boost Arteta’s transfer budget for the summer, particularly through the departures of the academy players, whose exits would count as pure profit against Premier League financial rules.
Which players face an uncertain future at Arsenal?
There is expected to be significant interest from Premier League sides for players such as Nketiah, Smith Rowe and Nelson, with Arsenal having previously turned down approaches for all three players.
Ramsdale is also reportedly a target for Newcastle and Cheslea but Arsenal’s price tag of more than €30 million could prove difficult to match.

Arsenal will also assess the future of Thomas Partey, who is entering the final year of his contract at the Emirates Stadium, with teams from Saudi Arabia said to be interested in the Ghanian.
However, Gabriel Jesus is expected to remain at the club despite a disappointing campaign which has seen question marks arise over the forward’s long-term future.
